I had tried to talk to someone at the shop but it was impossible to reach them directly or through BloomNation. If I didn’t live a thousand miles away, I would have visited the shop to place this order, it was important. Upon reading my initial review, the owner of the shop immediately contacted me via email and text after her shop had closed.
